Hi! I'm Tehilla (pronounced Tequila - with an h.) I have been in private practice for nearly 15 years and have a deep desire to help more families thrive with safe, healthy, happy relationships.
Relationships have drastically changed in the last years (thank God), but it leaves us pretty clueless. Not only did our parents not show us how to have healthy disagreements, but we were very limited with our emotional expression and so find emotions (the core of many connections) intimidating and overwhelming. Our first relationships, whether we want to admit it or not, has a very big impact on our adult relationships. It affects how much we trust love, people, and ourselves.
Thankfully you can finally have the tools and map to creating your own happy home, based on my hundreds of couples in private practice, and the vast studies I have done and continue to do to give you the most practical, proven support.
My own marriage (13 years now) and parenting (two kids born 15 months apart - IYKYK) has also given me much appreciated insights into what sounds good in theory and what actually works.
I am a spiritual-Christian. I think that many people have been badly hurt by peoples interpretations of doctrines. But I also know what a resource it is knowing that God has your back. So my work is God-led and based on the grace revealed in The Mirror Bible Translation (by Francois du Toit - my dad). All religions, sexual orientations, genders, races, sports fans or not, welcome here.

The experience itself - is this how it usually goes? Wow! It was truly one of the most powerful, intense and significant experiences of my life. I assume it was evident? I feel like I should apologise for the snot and sorry to have to use that word! But I feel even that was part of it, but I am sorry you had to witness it!
But that aside, I want to thank you from the bottom of my 50 year old heart and from the bottom of my baby heart, my little girl heart, my teenage girl heart, my young woman heart, my broken heart and my whole heart. Thank you for asking the question, thank you for working your magic and miracles and mostly, thank you for holding the safest, most compassionate space for me to go and meet that little girl, to see her and make her feel seen, to protect her and make her feel protected, to set her free and make her feel loved and bring back the possibility of joy to both her and me.
And to think that wasn't all you did for me/us these past 2 days!?!

You have the ability to very fluidly and quickly move into a space of silence to allow yourself to sense where to move next, and then to intuitively guide a reprogramming in that area. The change that takes place is rapid and long-lasting and can be felt almost instantly.
